Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify within 5 days , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 5 days your sale is finalized and no replacements will provided . 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Bridges are for exchange only, any damages must be immediately reported and the store will be in contact with you to offer a replacement or reduction in cost within 5 days of receipt .ALL 3D PRINTED ITEMS( bridges, trolleys, cookie cutters ) ARE NON REFUNDABLE AS THEY ARE CUSTOM BUILT. If item arrives damaged please take pictures of how it arrived ( box condition etc)and forward to ThisAnnThat123@gmail.com. A replacement will be offered when original is returned within given timeframe .

Refunds/Cancellations
NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES. All cancellations are subject to a 20% fee.

All pickup ordered must be picked up within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in your order going back into stock and your order being cancelled.
